Oolong tea

Organic Chinese oolong tea refers to tea that is grown, harvested, and processed without the use of synthetic pesticides, fertilizers, or other chemical additives. This type of tea not only retains the unique aroma and flavor of oolong tea but is also more environmentally friendly and healthier for human consumption due to its organic farming methods. Our organic oolong tea is sourced from the northern regions of Thailand, where natural conditions such as soil, climate, and water sources are ideal for growing oolong tea. During cultivation, farmers use traditional organic agricultural methods, such as natural organic fertilizers and biological pest control, which not only help improve the quality of the tea but also protect the ecological environment.

Natural, pure, and healthy

The production process of organic oolong tea is relatively complex, involving several steps such as picking, withering, shaking, fixation, rolling, initial drying, ball rolling, and final drying. Throughout these steps, the tea undergoes light fermentation, developing the semi-fermented characteristics and aroma unique to oolong tea. Since the entire processing adheres strictly to organic standards without any artificial additives, the tea remains naturally pure.

Planting environment

Northern Thailand is a popular destination for many tourists and ecologists due to its unique natural landscapes and rich ecosystems. The region’s ecological environment offers unique features in climate, terrain, vegetation, and wildlife, providing an ideal habitat for biodiversity.

Located in the tropical monsoon climate zone, Northern Thailand experiences distinct seasons. Major cities include Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, and Pai. The climate here is relatively cool, especially in higher altitude areas. The rainy season typically runs from May to October, with plentiful rainfall that benefits the growth of healthy organic tea leaves.
